1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the CourtLenz and BASTAT websites, platforms, and services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by LITIV Inc. ("us," "we," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service The Service includes CourtLenz, a vision AI-powered sports analytics platform, as well as BASTAT, a platform for automated highlight generation and tournament support. The features and offerings may vary between the services.

3. User Eligibility and Consent You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use the Service.

Users Under 18: If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you represent that you have your parent or legal guardian’s permission to use the Service and that they have read and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

Users Under 13: Use of the Service by children under the age of 13 is permitted only with the verifiable consent of a parent or legal guardian. The process for obtaining this consent is detailed in our Privacy Policy. Coaches, schools, or other organizations must obtain appropriate consent from parents or guardians before creating profiles for Children.

4. User Accounts To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree to notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

5. Intellectual Property The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of LITIV Inc. and its licensors. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of LITIV Inc.

6. User-Generated Content You retain ownership of any video footage, data, or other content you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service to you.

7. Prohibited Uses You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction. You agree not to upload any content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others or that is defamatory, obscene, or offensive.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. The accuracy of data analytics is not guaranteed and should be used for informational purposes only.

9. Limitation of Liability In no event shall LITIV Inc., nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.

10. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
